Book Tower Challenge!

Alright, so I did it. The Book Tower Challenge, created by joelBOOKS and I did the challenge á la Christine. Dude, I have seldom been so stressed out in my life, this challenge is NUTS. Whoever could actually complete this and get all the 20 available points ... they have my utmost respect. I even started sweating faintly, man.
Of course, this isn't really Blogosphere convertible... I did consider filming it, but let's be real here, nobody wants to see my face on their screen, you just have to believe me that I did this without cheating out of my three minute time limit. However, where would the fun be in doing that anyways?

(Note: This was before my Book Haul.)

So, here's what it looked like in the end.

The pile on the left is the one that actually counts and I, sort of at least, ordered in alphabetical order by author. There are a few gaps in there, but all in all, it's in the right order. Like, I didn't put an M before a G or anything — you can check up if you like (Geez, how embarassing would it be if I didn't have it right now after saying this?). So, at the end of the day I garnered a whopping ten points! Wohoo!

These were the criterias for books you had to choose, and then put in the right order, and which books I chose:

1.) A first book in a series.
Under The Never Sky by Veronica Rossi.
2.) A second book in a different series.
The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater.
3.) A book with blue on the cover.
The Indigo Spell by Richelle Mead
4.) A book that's title is 7 letters long. No more, no less.
Control by Lydia Kang
5.) A book you've never read.
I ACCIDENTALLY SKIPPED THIS UGH
6.) A book with the sky on it.
Star Cursed by Jessica Spotswood
7.) An author with the same first letter of their forename as yours.
Unhinged by A. G. Howard
8.) A classic.
The Giver by Lois Lowry.
9.) A non-fiction.
The Bible (lol).
10.) A book with four or more colours on its spine.
SKIPPED THIS TOO JESUS I COULDN'T READ MY LIST PROPERLY IN ALL THE HURRY
I would have gotten Taken by Erin Bowman though.
11.) A book that says "#1 New York Times Bestseller" on the front.
City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare
12.) The smallest (smallest width and length, not just by pages) book on your shelf.
Tschick by Wolfgang Herrndorf.
13.) The latest book you bought.
Uninvited by Sophie Jordan.
14). A book that has a cover with a face on it.
Delirium by Lauren Oliver.
15.) A spin-off book.
Bloodlines by Richelle Mead.
16.) A book that was published over 10 years ago.
The Perks of being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky, which was published in 1999.
17.) A book with a sequel coming out next year.
Silber by Kerstin Gier.
18.) An author who has got the same first letter of their forename as their surname.
Cress by Marissa Meyer.
19.) A book with an epilogue.
Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo.
20.) And lastly, a book that has a title that features a made up word.
Didn't find one for this question. Although just as the timer rang, it came to me: Into The Still Blue by Veronica Rossi. "Still Blue" is a made-up word ... sorta. :(

So, that's it. What do I have to say about this? It's a horrible, awful challenge and Satan Himself created it. Don't do this, unless you want to have a panic attack and a breakdown because of anxiety and stress. D:!

IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAT THIS CHALLENGE. IMPOSSIBLE.

  1. Fangirl is a made up word ;) Do you have that?

I'll have to do this book challenge once I get my six books that I've ordered! :D I'll probably film it though. ;D

  2. Alexa, sorry for bothering you, but I'm from Greece so I really don't get number 15. What's a spin-off book???

    1. You're not a bother at all! :) A spin-off is a book that is set in the same (book) universe, but with different characters. Like, Bloodlines is set in the same world as Vampire Academy, but the main character is now Sydney instead of Rose. Similarly, Heroes of Olympus is a spin-off from Percy Jackson insofar that there's been a change in perspective and there have been a few new characters added in. Hope that clarified it for you. :)
